Packages will ship the following month after the order is placed. For example, if an order is placed at any time in October, your first parcel would be shipped in November.

Our subscription boxes are shipped out on the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, we will ship your box the next business day.

Subscriptions will automatically renew. Our renewal date is the 22nd of each month. This is when you will be charged for the continuation of your subscription.

Yes, subscriptions can be canceled through the customer account. Please see our Cancellation Policy for more information.

To edit your billing address and payment information:

1. Log into your account.
2. Select your current subscription.
3. Select Edit next to Payment Method.

To edit your shipping address:

1. Log into your account.
2. Select your current subscription.
3. Select Edit next to Shipping.
