When will my package ship?

Seasonal Shipping Schedule:

Spring – Ships Mar 15 | Orders placed between Nov 16 – Feb 15

Summer – Ships Jun 15 | Orders placed between Feb 16 – May 15

Fall – Ships Sep 15 | Orders placed between May 16 – Aug 15

Winter – Ships Dec 15 | Orders placed between Aug 16 – Nov 15

These are the dates your package will ship based on when you place your initial order. After your initial order, your box will ship according to the seasonal schedule.

When will my subscription renew?

Seasonal Renewal Dates:

Spring – February 15
Summer – May 15
Fall – August 15
Winter – November 15

These are the dates your card will be charged for each box if you are already subscribed. Your initial purchase will be charged immediately.

Can I cancel my subscription?
