Subscription Cancellation Policy

For first-time orders, cancellations must be made by the cutoff/renewal date for that season to receive a refund. Cancellations will not be accepted after the cutoff date.

To cancel a subscription before it renews, cancellations must be made before the seasonal renewal date.

Subscription Box Billing Schedule

Sales Window:

Orders can be placed up until the seasonal cutoff/renewal date. Orders placed on or before the cutoff date will ship with the upcoming seasonal box. Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the following season.

Cutoff/Renewal Dates:

Spring – February 15
Summer – May 15
Fall – August 15
Winter – November 15

These are the dates your card will be charged for each box if you are already subscribed. Your initial purchase will be charged immediately. This is also the last day to order the upcoming seasonal box.

Shipping Date:

Spring – March 15
Summer – June 15
Fall – September 15
Winter – December 15

If a shipping date falls on a weekend or holiday, boxes will ship the next business day.
