When will my package ship?
Packages will ship the following month after the order is placed. For example, if an order is placed at any time in October, your first parcel would be shipped in November.
Subscription boxes are shipped out on the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, we will ship your box the next business day.
When will my subscription renew?
Subscriptions will automatically renew. Our renewal date is the 22nd of each month. This is when you will be charged for the continuation of your subscription.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, subscriptions can be canceled through the customer account. Please see our Cancellation Policy for more information.
How can I edit my address or billing information?
To edit your billing address and payment information:
- Log into your account.
- Select your current subscription.
- Select Edit next to Payment Method.
To edit your shipping address:
- Log into your account.
- Select your current subscription.
- Select Edit next to Shipping.

We put a lot of time into choosing the products and thought they were quite peaceful — August’s box included a soothing lavender soap bar with flower petals, a refreshing watermelon-scented moisturizing hand spray, a pocket-sized flower press for a mindful activity, collagen under-eye masks for at-home pampering, and two cheerful accessories: a flower phone wallet and golden bee earrings.
We’ll take this to heart as we select future products, and we always appreciate feedback on which items you feel align best with our peaceful theme.
